Since it was established in 1989 by Kent W. Nicholson, Nicholson Distinctive Homes has committed itself to quality construction, client-driven design and strong customer service. Today, that commitment continues, but we've raised the bar on our construction standards, choosing to become a Certified Green Professional Builder.
